The Quest Chronicles: Please Be Aware Recently I attended The 13th Annual Fleet Dj’s Music Conference. I had a wonderful time like I do every year. It was great to see my fellow DJs, artists, producers, models, etc. This is the time of the year we get together, take pictures, network and rock out. There’s a lot of mingling, talking, dancing and so much more.
Events like this I take advantage of to the fullest. I make time to talk to as many people as I can, especially the ones who look forward to seeing me in person.I network as much as I can. I made the investment by attending the conference. Paying for hotel, gas in the vehicle, food, marketing materiaL, etc so I make sure I get my money’s worth!
I encourage all attendees to have fun but remember to handle business as well. With that being said, we have no choice but to be in each other’s face. This is where the issue comes in. A weekend filled with hundreds of people in close proximity. So, I’m never shocked that after the weekend; people become sick with Corona, sore throats, etc.
Whether you believe it or not Corona is still here and active. People are catching it and dying from it all the time. Please continue to social distance as much as you can. It’s ok to go outside with your mask if need be. Just like any other sickness, you have to protect yourself. Please wash your hands and take care of yourself and be mindful of others around you.
